David Utting Engineering has developed a reputation across the bodyshop industry for leading spraybooths and installation services and has recently installed a complete bodyshop turnkey solution at leading independent Bodytechnics in Slough which has delighted the customer.

To enhance its offering and improve efficiencies the company contracted David Utting Engineering to manage the £750k fit out of brand new premises. David Utting installed three XP1200 spray booths, handling everything from groundworks up.

The XP spraybooth range has been widely acclaimed by major paint manufacturers and is renowned for high quality, cost efficiency and durability. Versatile in design with bespoke sizes available the XP1200 is designed as a spraybooth for water based paint. Air handling is optimised with factory balanced, backward curved centrifugal type inlets and air extraction fans on direct drive, high efficiency motors.

Programmable Logic Controlled paint curing profiles provide the bodyshop with the ultimate profit enhancing tool and it is supported for its lifetime by a nationwide service operation. The booths increase quality, productivity and efficiencies whilst maintaining high environmentally responsible standards.
